Avery Dennison DE&I
Created the visual identity, tagline, and launch video for Avery Dennison’s global DE&I strategy — rolled out across 40+ countries and adopted as the system for all culture work that followed.
I’m a fractional Creative Director. I work with B2B and enterprise companies. When something isn’t connecting with the people it’s meant for, I figure out why — and fix it. The result is brand systems, campaigns, video, and digital experiences built to last.

Created the visual identity, tagline, and launch video for Avery Dennison’s global DE&I strategy — rolled out across 40+ countries and adopted as the system for all culture work that followed.

Developed the campaign theme, visual identity, and full design system for Adobe’s open enrollment — driving a 10% lift in enrollment, a 30% increase in site traffic, and a 90% clarity rating.

Built the visual identity for Autodesk’s Culture Code campaign — a distinct system that gave 10,000+ employees consistent, recognizable language and became the template for all culture communications that followed.

Directed video end to end for internal communications programs at Amazon, Autodesk, Adobe, Avery Dennison, and Frito-Lay — concept and script through production, motion design, and final delivery.

Defined and shipped Jazwings for Jazwares in under six months — a fan crowdsourcing platform built so the strongest ideas surfaced through structured engagement rather than volume or popularity.

Rebuilt Connex for Xerox’s Latin American reseller network — naming, brand identity, UX, and a gamified points and badge system that turned a tool sales reps avoided into one they competed on.
I work across strategy and execution. That means I’m as comfortable defining how a campaign should feel as figuring out how an experience should work. My background spans brand identity, internal communications, video, and digital platforms. But in every case the goal is the same: take something complicated and make it easy to understand.
I also tend to build things that last beyond the original brief. Identity systems, campaign frameworks, and design toolkits that teams keep using long after launch.
So I work with a small number of clients at a time. If you’re trying to make something complex easier to understand, I’d like to hear about it.
